Order

To order a catalog, please email your name, school and address to showchoir@dornink.com.

To order your show choir costumes, please complete our online Order Form & Sizing Chart and email it to showchoir@dornink.com or fax it to 515.864.0011. Dornink will confirm your style, fabric and color choice. Complete sizing information must be received before orders are put into production. To discuss your custom costumes with our designer, call 515.255.7528 or email Sarah at showchoir@dornink.com.

Payment

Dornink requires a 50% deposit on all orders and the balance dues before garments are shipped. Dornink accepts checks and all forms of credit cards.

Pricing

All garments prices are based on orders of 20 pieces or more. Prices may increase if ordering fewer than 20.

Lead Time

All garments are made to order, which take a minimum of 6-10 weeks for production. Rush fees may be applied to orders with shorter lead times. Dornink is not responsible for delays due to weather, shipping conflicts or unforeseen situations.

Custom Styles

Work with our design team to create a unique look for no additional fee. Please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for custom styles. All patterns developed and manufactured by Dornink are the exclusive property of Dornink.

Samples

Samples garments are the best way to determine size and can be ordered for $150 per style. This cost is credited to your account when your order is placed and the garment is returned. Fabric swatches are provided upon request at no charge. Allow an additional 2 weeks for sample garments.

Returns

All garments are made to order, therefore all sales are final. Please check your order upon receipt. Any damaged products or garments must be claimed within 72 hours. Items will either be exchanged or repaired.

Care

All garments should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Heat, deodorant and wear can cause some discoloration or loss of sequin, glitter and metallic finish.

Sizing

All garments are made to Dornink's standard measurements and some alterations may be needed. Each style fits differently depending on the chosen fabric.
